Privacy Policy
Think Invisible respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Think Invisible collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit thinkinvisible.com, subscribe to communications, apply to or participate in a Think Invisible program, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Think Invisible.
For questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, contact us at hello@thinkinvisible.com.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including: your email address when you subscribe to communications from Think Invisible; information you provide when applying to a Think Invisible course or program, such as your name, email address, phone number, age, occupation, educational background, and written application responses; information you provide in emails, calls, course participation, surveys, feedback, or other communications with us; and information relating to your enrollment in and participation in Think Invisible courses or programs.
We may also automatically collect limited information about how visitors use our website, such as browser and device information, pages visited, interactions with the site, approximate location derived from an IP address, and similar usage information.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to: operate and improve Think Invisible and our website; review applications and communicate with prospective participants; administer courses and other educational programs; communicate with students and participants; send newsletters and other communications that people have chosen to receive; process and maintain records relating to purchases and enrollment; understand how visitors use our website and improve its design and performance; respond to questions, requests, feedback, and support inquiries; maintain appropriate business and administrative records; protect Think Invisible, our participants, and our services from fraud, misuse, or other harmful activity; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Email Communications
We currently use EmailOctopus to manage email subscriptions and communications.
People subscribing through our website may be asked to confirm their email address before being added to our mailing list. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending communications that are necessary in connection with an application, purchase, course, or other existing relationship with Think Invisible.
Applications
Applications for Think Invisible programs may be collected through Typeform or similar service providers.
Information submitted through an application is provided to Think Invisible and may be retained and used for admissions, communication, program administration, future program planning, and related business purposes.
Third-party platforms such as Typeform also process information according to their own privacy practices.
Payments
Think Invisible does not currently collect payment-card information directly through thinkinvisible.com.
When a participant purchases a course or makes a deposit, we may provide a separate payment link operated by Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card and other payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Think Invisible may receive information relating to the transaction, such as your name, contact information, amount paid, payment status, and certain billing information, but we do not receive your complete payment-card number.
Website Analytics and Cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity and may use other analytics technologies to understand how visitors interact with our website.
These services may collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling activity, device and browser information, session information, and other interactions with the site. They may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these services.
We use this information to understand how our website is used and to improve the experience for visitors.
Your browser may allow you to control or delete cookies. Certain analytics functionality may operate differently depending on your location, browser settings, and consent preferences.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signal. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, Think Invisible does not currently respond separately to browser Do Not Track signals.
Third-party services used on our website may collect information about your activities over time in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable privacy settings.
Course Participation and Recordings
Think Invisible courses, seminars, tutoring sessions, calls, or other educational activities may occasionally be recorded.
Recordings may be used for educational purposes, made available to course participants, or used internally by Think Invisible. Participants will be informed about recording and will have an opportunity to opt out where appropriate.
Think Invisible will not use an identifiable participant's image, voice, testimonial, writing, or other personal material publicly for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission.
Service Providers
We use third-party services to help operate Think Invisible. These may include services for: website hosting and operation; email communications; applications and forms; analytics; payment processing; video conferencing; business records and information management; and email and other communications.
Current providers include services such as EmailOctopus, Typeform, Microsoft Clarity, Stripe, Zoom, and Notion.
These companies may process personal information as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to their own privacy practices and contractual obligations.
We may change or add service providers as our operations evolve without necessarily updating this policy each time we use a new ordinary business service.
Sharing and Sale of Personal Information
Think Invisible does not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, courses, communications, payment systems, or business.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect our rights or the rights of others, prevent fraud or abuse, or address security concerns.
If Think Invisible or substantially all of its operations are transferred to another business, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for our educational, administrative, business, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
The length of time we retain particular information may vary depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may contact us at hello@thinkinvisible.com to: ask what personal information we maintain about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of personal information; and ask questions about how your information is used.
We will consider and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law. In some circumstances, we may retain information when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, administrative, contractual, security, or legal purposes.
Privacy rights vary depending on where you live, and additional rights may be available under applicable law.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, applicable law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Think Invisible does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@thinkinvisible.com.
Children
Think Invisible's website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Think Invisible is based in California, United States.
If you access our website or participate in our programs from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Privacy protections in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.
Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of our operations to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
